Terms of Sale
By placing an order online with Luxury Raw Hair London Limited you are offering to purchase a product and subject to these terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Due to our hair being genuinely natural, there may be slight variations in colour between bundles in the same shade, and what is shown in the photographs for each product, particularly in our lighter hair colours. Unless otherwise stated, all hair is classed as straight.
When placing an order you undertake that you are 18 or over, all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the payment method used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
Luxury Raw Hair London Limited is responsible for all card transactions made on our website. All credit card details are entered on a secure page and are transferred using SSL to secure and encrypt all data.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of details of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of going ahead with your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Refund and Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products, no refunds are given. Exchanges are accepted provided that all of the following conditions have been met:
• All orders must be returned in the original packaging, unopened and undamaged
• All returns/exchanges must be made within 72 hours of recorded receipt.
• Exchanges are available for products of an equal value.
• The seal holding the hair extension in place has not been removed
Customers are responsible for the shipping and handling costs of their return/exchange, which should be through a tracked courier service, as we will not be liable for any lost items.
Customised orders cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
Pricing
The price for each product is stated in Great British Pound Sterling (GBP). We try to ensure that all prices quoted are accurate. If a pricing error occurs we will notify you via email with details of the error.
Availability
We make every effort to ensure all our products are available. However, if for any reason this is not possible we will contact you immediately via email giving you the choice of waiting for the product to be available with an expected delivery date or cancelling your order with a full refund credited directly to the payment method used to place your order.
Delivery
Delivery is available in the following three ways.
Free UK Standard Delivery (DHL), which is next day delivery available Monday to Friday for orders placed before 2pm.
UK Priority Delivery (DHL), which is available Monday to Saturday for orders placed before 2pm with delivery guaranteed by 2pm.
International Delivery (DHL), which is available Monday to Friday
